By accessing or using the Enahra website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST (3% on silver jewellery under HSN 7113) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards and UPI via our payment partners.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days across India. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Enahra is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging. Custom or personalised items are non-returnable. To initiate a return, contact care@enahra.com with your order number. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colours may appear differently on different screens. All jewellery is made from 925 hallmarked sterling silver unless otherwise specified. Minor variations in handcrafted pieces are characteristic of artisan work and not considered defects.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Enahra and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enahra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
